1. All sales are final. Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
2. Shipping fee is not included in the price on the website.
3. The cost of combine shipping is calculated based on the delivery address, shipping method and the total weight of items.
4. We can only provide the cost of shipping to overseas after order has been requested.
5. A confirmation of your order will be sent to your email address once we check the stock availability.
6. If the item is in stock and your order has been confirmed, please make payment within 48 hours. Else, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
7. All Items will be delivered after payment has been received and cleared.
8. For T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) payments, please allow several working days for the payment to clear. It depends on the location of payment is made from.
9. Tracking No. will be sent to you once the item is shipped. You can trace the status via Track & Trace. Your signature is required upon items arrival.
10. We do not hold responsibility for any lost or damages during shipping.
11. For customers in Malaysia who have our banner in their blogs/websites, you may be entitled for FREE shipping from us.
12. For customers in overseas who have our banner in their blogs/websites, the first RM5 of the shipping cost is subsidized by us.
13. However, we may need to assess your blogs/websites first before we approve this privilege to you. It must be frequently updated blogs/websites with a certain number of visitors/readers, at least 6 month history, etc.
