Terms & Conditions
1. 50% deposit is required for all pre-order products. Once the stock is arrive, please kindly clear the balance within 7 days. Else, the order will be canceled automatically and deposit will NOT be refunded.
2. Deposit shall be made within 48 hours once the order has been confirmed. Else, the order shall be canceled.
3. Once the deposit is made, NO cancellation of exchangeable order is allowed.
4. Deposit will only be refunded if the items are out of stock.
5. We will only place the pre-order for you once the deposit is received.
6. Shipping cost for pre-order products can only be estimated since it depends on the total weight of the items.
7.The actual shipping cost will be re-confirmed with the post office once the products have been arrived.
8. Pre-ordering products will take at least 20+ working days to arrive in Malaysia, an email will be sent to you once the stock has been arrived. Please be patience for the arrival.
9. All spraying products are not available for pre-order.
